Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,
Peace be upon us all,
Honorable and esteemed guests,
Today marks a significant event in the history of Indonesia – the Inauguration of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia. We are honored to have the presence of 19 heads of state and government, as well as 15 special envoys from other friendly nations. I express my deepest gratitude to all the distinguished figures who have traveled far to be here today.
I would like to acknowledge and honor the presence of His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam, the President of the Republic of the Philippines, the Prime Ministers of Cambodia, Korea, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, Serbia, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, and Vanuatu, as well as Vice Presidents from China, Laos, and Vietnam. Special envoys from Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and many other countries are also in attendance.
I extend my respect and gratitude to all ambassadors and representatives of friendly nations. Your presence here is a testament to the strong and enduring relationships between Indonesia and the international community.
Before this esteemed assembly, before the Indonesian people, and before Almighty God, I, Prabowo Subianto, along with Brother Gibran Rakabuming Raka, have taken an oath to uphold our constitution and serve the country and the nation to the best of our ability. We will lead with sincerity, prioritizing the interests of all Indonesians.
As we face the challenges and obstacles ahead, we must be a brave nation that does not fear difficulties. Our history is a testament to our resilience and strength, and it is with this spirit that we will navigate the future.
May Almighty God guide us in our endeavors and bless the nation of Indonesia. Thank you.
